Dragonick's spoily ramblebottom thoughtts on Snic 3 colon three

• I saw it late, so completely empty cinema. WOW! Me and friend were able to yap and squeal at EVERYTHING sans embarrassment. Lovely stuff.


• Imagine dying at a themed mascot restaurant. Wait, FNAF????????? (I hope it reopens, that place was adorable and I want to go there [pleading face])


• Also, it's weird that Mr. Gun died, honestly. He isn't so much of an important character, and his demise didn't really further the plot, plus it isn't really touched on for the rest of the movie. We see that Gun Lady blames Sonic and co., and is aware of their posession of the nucular codes, but EVEN WHEN they're right in front of her, she does nothing??? Not even punish Tom and Maddie for breaking and entering??? Like, good for our heroes and all, but I feel like it's missed potential to not have them do SOMETHING about it,,,,,


• AMY???? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE????? I hope she gets a lot of Developpement, I'm excited. If she gets kidnapped by Metal Sonic, I sure hope she goes down fighting, so it's at least not just "only woman being damsel in distress" again. Maybe we can have a dollop of StC amy in there??? She's cool
  
  • What if Sonic and/or co. are kidnapped instead? That could be a cool way of showing her tenacity, having her save them a bit.


• I was a bit skeptical of Prof Gerald being alive and well, since I hate adaptations that change stuff for no reason, but I think almost all of the changes to the story reflect well on the final movie. He has fun moments with Eggy man, and also the way he goes POOF is v. funy (also his motivation is dark and stuff, but no more dark than the game version :3)


• Where the heck was Escape from the City???? My friend's friend (also sonic fan) couldn't hear it, and neither can I. When they jumped out of the GUN helicopter, I was hoping that they'd slide down the hill to it or something [pleading face again]


• Knuckles show is good and I like Wade. I like his cameo. Also, why does the Sonic movie series keep coming back to mascots? I happen to REALLY like mascots, but it's funny that a key point in TWO major plots revolves around lots of guys in funny suits.
• Speaking of funny suits, I LOVE the Biolizard reference. I really want to cosplay Biolizard now. He's not exactly cute, but he's a massive lizard and tragic character, which makes him really cool. I don't make the rules!!!


• Also, the guy who plays Dani Rojas in Ted Lasso (Cristo Fernández) is in this film. First time I've recognised an actor for myself, funnily enough :333
